clínicas now offers a new feature that lets you create, customise and send digital forms to patients simply, quickly and seamlessly.

With this solution, each clinic can set up different types of forms to suit its needs, such as medical history (anamnesis) forms, health questionnaires, initial assessments, information requests or other documents used day to day.
Forms can be customised directly in the application, so the questions, fields and information requested can be adapted to each clinical context or speciality.

When sending, the user can choose which of the previously created forms to share with the patient. The form is sent as a link that can be shared by email, SMS or WhatsApp, making the whole process more convenient and accessible.
