clínicas with a declarations feature

Users of the clínicas application can now count on a new feature that promises to simplify administrative routines and improve patient service. The declarations feature lets managers and professionals issue the document quickly, in a personalised way and with legal validity.

Using the Declarations → Templates option, you can set up various types of declarations: attendance, accompaniment, driving licence, etc.

In the settings, the application lets you choose whether to use the header with the clinic's existing details and specify the fields to be replaced when the declaration is issued.

Once issued, the declaration can be printed or sent by email.

PONTO25 wants clinics that adopt the clínicas solution to have more and more smart tools that let them focus on what really matters: patient care. Automating documents such as the Attendance Declaration is another step forward in the digitalisation of the healthcare sector.
